This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This Court has received the communication dated 22.10.2021 from the Senior Superintendent of Circle Jail, Cuttack at Choudwar. From that communication, we could not understand what the premature release actually meant. Today, Mrs. S. Patnaik, learned Addl. Government appearing for the State has submitted on instruction that the petitioner has been given the pre-mature release under Section 432 of the Cr.P.C. As such, he is now at liberty. 3.

Mr. M.R. Khatua, leaned counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that in view of the said development, the appeal will not be pressed.
