2. This application under Section 407 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the accused-petitioner for transfer of C.T. Case No.826 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur on the ground that the petitioner and his family members apprehend threat to their lives if they will attend the Court at Bargarh.

3. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

4. This application has been filed in the year, 2015 and till date neither defects have been removed nor any interim order has been passed in this case.

5. Hence, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the TRP (CRL) pending.

6. The TRP (CRL) is accordingly dismissed.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
