Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs, if the Petitioner files Revision along with applications for interim protection so also condonation of delay, if any, within a period of two weeks hence, the delay, if any, in filing the Revision shall be condoned and the Revision shall be entertained and disposed of on its own merit. It is further directed that if the Petitioner is still in possession of the disputed property in question, he shall not be evicted from the disputed property for a period of four weeks, within which period the Application for interim protection to be filed by the Petitioner shall be considered and disposed of.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.
On the oral submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, certified copy of the impugned order involved herein be returned on filing of photocopies thereof.
