Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 09.02.2022, the C.T. Case number has been inadvertently mentioned as '204' instead of '240' and the same may be corrected. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the third sub-para of the order dated 09.02.2022, the C.T. Case number shall

// 2 // be read as '240 of 2022' instead of '204 of 2022'. With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 09.02.2022 remains unaltered.
