2. The present contempt has been filed alleging the violation of the interim order dated 30th July, 2013 passed in W.P.(C) No.16466 of 2013.
3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the said interim order has merged with the final order, whereby the writ petition itself was dismissed as withdrawn. Thus, it is agreed that the present contempt has become infructuous.
