1. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner on call, despite several adjournments being granted.

2. Having regard to the fact that the Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 9th July, 2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bolangir in Criminal Appeal No.20 of 2015, in absence of any interim order, the same must have been worked out by now and there is no point in keeping the CRLMC alive. The CRLMC accordingly stands dismissed.
