None appears for the petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared for the petitioners on 15.07.2015 and 28.11.2018. The defect as pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, it seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.
