In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the State that in this case on completion of investigation, final report has been submitted as sufficient evidence were not found; learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to approach the Court afresh in the event case cause of action so arises in future. 3.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
