1. Petitioner's representation dated 21st January, 2022 be considered by the Director, Canteen Services and after hearing the Petitioner a reasoned order thereof be passed not later than 25th April, 2022. The said order be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 2nd May, 2022. If aggrieved it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the contentions of the Petitioner.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
