This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 9th February, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is an inadvertent error in mutation case number, i.e., the 'Mutation Case No.264 of 2008', in place of 'Mutation Case No.2648 of 2008' in the order dated 9th February, 2022. Hence, he prays for correction of the said typographical error. 4.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that the submission of Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner is correct.

In view of the above, the 'Mutation Case No.264 of 2008', wherever it occurs in the order dated 9th February, 2022 shall be corrected as 'Mutation Case No.2648 of 2008'. The

// 2 // rest part of the order dated 9th February, 2022 shall remain unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

In view of such correction, the Petitioner is directed to produce corrected order within a period of two weeks hence before the Tahasildar, Basta-Opposite Party No.4 and in that event, the Tahasildar, Basta shall do well to implement the order dated 9th February, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.3580 of 2022 within the period stipulated therein.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
