This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Union of India.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that earlier order was passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, however, the same is not implemented by the authorities. In any event the present writ petition, which has been filed by the Petitioner before this Court is not maintainable, as the Petitioner is a Central Government Employee and he had earlier appeared before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In such view of the matter, it is open for the Petitioner to file a petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
