Heard learned senior counsel Mr. D.P.Dhal appearing for the petitioner.

Mr.Dhal while not pressing the matter on merits submits that the grounds which have been raised in the present petition may be allowed to be taken before the court below at the time of framing of charge.

Considering the above submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is granted the liberty to raise all such grounds at the time of framing of charge by the court below in G.R.
