Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to implead the ADM, Nabarangapur, At/PO: Nabarangapaur as Opposite Party No.3. Such permission is granted. The leanred counsel for the petitioner is permitted to incorporate the name of ADM, Nabarangpur as Opposite Party No.3 and let the description of Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 reflected as Opposite Parties 4 and 5 respectively.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, against the impugned order the appeal lies to the newly added opposite party no.3- ADM, Nabarangpur and accordingly in the event the petitioner files such an appeal within three weeks hence, Opposite Party No.3 would do well to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other affected parties.

The writ petition thus stands disposed of.
