1. In para 4 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Opposite Parties 5 and 7, it has been stated that a total of Rs.19,51,30,736/- have been sanctioned by the Government to persons, who sustained crop loss during the Khariff season 2015-16 due to inadequate rain fall. It is stated that the number of affected farmers to whom the amount has been paid is 25,541 and they have been given input subsidy. The aforementioned allotted amount has been fully disbursed to the farmers.
