Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Considering the submissions and the grounds taken in the Civil Miscellaneous Petition, it is at this stage, considering the impugned order dated 20.11.2021, this Court finds if the same is allowed to stay, there will be no effective adjudication of the suit and if the suit is dismissed at this stage, there will be no further scope with the plaintiff to get the dispute adjudicated upon even otherwise. It is keeping in view the larger interest involving the parties, this Court while interfering in the impugned order dated 20.11.2022 directs the plaintiff to appear before the trial court on 8th March, 2022 and participate in the further continuance in the plaintiff witness. For the above direction, this Court finds all the order passed after the order dated 20.11.2021 also to go. This Court further also directs the Civil Judge (Sr.Division), Puri to conclude the C.S.No.656 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3.

The C.M.P. is disposed of accordingly.
