The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " The petitioner, therefore, prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition, call for the records from the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties allow the same by issuing a writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/mandamus and or any other and further writ/ directions may be passed quashing the Land Acquisition Case No.1/2018 against the petitioner and further be pleased to command the O.P. No.2 to 3 not to acquire the land from the petitioner's Plot No.991 under Khata No.594 of an Area Ac.0.046 dec. of Mouza-Gothapatna but to acquire their required land from their own Govt. plots available just opposite to the petitioner's land particularly Plot Nos.7269, 946, 947 and 948 and other plots without causing any harm and damage to the petitioner's plot and the building situated over it considering the petitioner's objection under Annexure6-Series". 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting her grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to

Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-6-Series and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6-Series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
