This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Ms. Sukla, learned counsel appearing for the sole Opposite Party by filing a memo in Court today submits that her name be ignored as the Opposite Party has taken back the brief. The same is taken on record.

This petition has been filed for review of the order dated 27th August, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 24175 of 2021 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the review Petitioner submits that the writ petition was disposed of taking into consideration the submission of Mr. Prakash Kumar Mishra, learned counsel, describing him as learned counsel for the Opposite Party-financer (the review Petitioner). But, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel had never entered appearance on behalf of the review Petitioner in the writ petition. As such, recording of submission of Mr. Mishra at Paragraph 5 of the order was an inadvertent one. He, therefore, prays for recall of the said order and to place the writ petition for hearing on merit.

On perusal of the record in W.P.(C) No.24175 of 2021, submission of Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the review Petitioner appears to be correct.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 27th August, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.24175 of 2021 is recalled. 7.

Accordingly, the review petition is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
