The present contempt has been filed for the alleged wilful disobedience of the order dated 9th April, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 7501 of 2019, whereby the representation in respect of refund of the excess royalty was to be decided. 2.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the Petitioner filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the contempt petition. 3.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
