Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2021 in connection with Kishorenagar P.S. Case No.73 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.303 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Athmallik, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 392/34 of IPC.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, coupled with the fact that the co-accused persons have already been released on bail by order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 5208 of 2021 and BLAPL No. 9227 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and

proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case, failing which appropriate adverse orders may be passed by the Court below. Further, he shall appear before the IIC of Motonga Police Station once in every fortnight for a period of six months. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
