1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 407 of the Cr.P.C. for transfer of 1.C.C. Case No. 280 of 2014 from the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal to any other Court situated in Cuttack.

3. Mr. B.R. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives to be decided in the TRP(CRL) for which the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the TRP(CRL) and has filed a memo to that effect.

4. In view of the submission and memo filed, the TRPCRL is dismissed.

5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.

7. A copy of the order be sent by the Registry to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal.
