This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

On oral prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner the Petitioner is permitted to add the informant as Opposite Party No.2. Necessary incorporation be made in court today. 3.

Issue notice to the newly added Opposite Party No.2 by registered post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issue of notice be filed by Monday (23.05.2022). 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve extra copies of the bail application on the learned counsel appearing for the State within three working days for its service on the Opposite Party No.2.

On receipt of the same, learned counsel for the State would do well to transmit the same to the I.I.C. of the concerned Police Station for its service with necessary information that the matter is likely to be listed for hearing on 02.09.2022, when Opposite Party No.2 can

// 2 // raise objection in the matter of grant of bail to the present Petitioner and further for the purpose if the Opposite Party No.2 requires the assistance of a legal counsel for her choice, she may approach the nearest Taluk Legal Services Committee/District Legal Service Authority to avail that facility.
