withdraw the petition with liberty to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage.

2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
