This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2021 having been taken on remand in connection with Jeypore Town P.S. Case No.215 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.05 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Koraput at Jeypore for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 147/148/294/323/353/307/427/506/324/149 of IPC. 4.
Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of
posting of the case and he shall appear before the IIC, Jeypore Town Police Station once in every fortnight for a period of six months.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
