This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2021 in connection with Bargarh P.S. Case No.498 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1174 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 419/394 of IPC read with Section 27 of Arms Act. 4.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that the stolen articles including the motorcycle have already been recovered, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case and he shall appear

before the IIC, Bargarh Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 A.M. till submission of charge sheet.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
