The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the Letter No.IDCO/MSME-I/1398 dated 31st December, 2021 passed by the Divisional Head, MSME-I, Bhubaneswar.

In course of hearing, Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
