1. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner on call.

2. By means of this petition, the Petitioner seeks to quash the order of cognizance dated 27th November 2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Panposh in ICC Case No.668 of 2015.

3. There is no order of interim stay as well.

4. Having regard to the age of the petition, in absence of any interim order, the matter must have been worked out by now.

5. In such eventuality, when the Petitioner does not pursue the matter, there is no point in keeping the CRLMC alive sine die.

6. Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
