1. The Informant-Opposite Party No.2 has filed an affidavit stating that the disputes have been settled between the Petitioners and him.

2. In that view of the matter, Parjanga P.S. Case No.64 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.62 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Parjang and all proceedings consequent thereto are quashed.

3. The CRLMC is allowed in the above terms.
