Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and looking to the nature of amendment, this Court allows this I.A.

On instruction Mr. Sahoo, learned State Counsel submitted that objection at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 is submitted on 30.01.2022 whereas the cut-off date for filing of the same was on 1.12.2021.

In the circumstance, keeping in view the above statement made by Mr. Sahoo, learned State Counsel, this Court finds, there is no scope for consideration of the objection of the Petitioner. However, request of the Petitioner is kept open and if the Petitioner raises such issue in appropriate time, the same shall be attained to in due course.
