// 2 // 2.
Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court finds, the Writ Petition simply involves a request for working out of the order passed by the competent authority in Mutation Case No.1340 of 2013. This Court finds, there is already adjudication of the proceeding under the Mutation Manual by passing the order at Annexure-1. There has already been a direction by the Mutation Authority to prepare the record of rights in the manner disclosed therein. There is no controversy in the direction of the authority. This Court here records the statement of the learned counsel for Petitioner that there is even no further proceeding involving the order at Annexure-1 requiring to be worked out.
3.
In the circumstance this Court finds, there is unnecessary pendency of the Writ Petition, which is hereby disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to work-out the order under Annexure-1 by bringing necessary record of rights as per the impugned order within a period of fifteen days from the date of production of the copy of this order. There shall also be an arrangement for uploading the correct record of rights in the Website also. Petitioner seeks coverage of a direction of this Court in similar situation. Petitioner, if so advised, may produce copy of such order while serving copy of this order to the Opposite Party No.2 for his consideration in working out the direction hereinabove.
4.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above order. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
