1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner assails the action of the opposite parties in not allowing her to work in the post of Female-Attendant-cum-Sweeper for Rogi Kalyan Samiti, Sub-Divisional Hospital, Dharmagarh without communicating any order after serving more than 15 years in the said post.
3. The said employment was purely on remuneration basis i.e. Rs.750/- per month, as per the letter No.1464 dated 11.12.2002 of the Collector, Kalahandi. Thereafter, the petitioner has been working regularly to the satisfaction of the medical authority.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has been disengaged from the month of October, 2021. Though the petitioner has served the said Samiti for more than 15 years continuously and diligently, she does not have vested any right to be considered for regularization. The petitioner prays for considering her continuation in the said job, if the future engagement is required.
5. In view of such submission, the Sub-Collector-cum-Chairman, Rogi Kalyan, Samiti, Sub-Divisional Hospital, Dharmagarh be
// 2 // sympathetically consider the engagement of the present petitioner, if there is any requirement in future.
6. With such observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
