This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the Opposite parties to allow the Petitioner to join in her post as Sikhya Sahayak in Kanipai PUPS under Kalyan Singhpur Block Educatio Officer in the district of Rayagada with all consequential service benefits of Sikhya Sahayak. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has submitted a representation to the District Education Officer, Rayagada, Opposie Party No.2 on 01.07.2021 and the same is pending till date and a direction may be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Mr.Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass

// 2 // Education Department submits that he has no objection if a direction is issued to the Opposite Party No.5 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-10, if such a representation is pending, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 7.

It is needless to mention here that the Opposite Party No.2 shall consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order and the decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner be communicated to him within a period of 10 days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rule.
