The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 12th January, 2021 (Annexure-7) passed by the Tahasildar, Derabish-Opposite Party No.3 in Mutation Case No. 3260 of 2020. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Roy, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under Rule 42 of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Rules, 1962.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Certified copy of the order under Annexure-7 shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
