The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to cancel the GPA executed in favour of Opposite Party No.6, namely, Pradeep Kishore Pattnaik, son of late Jagadish Pattanaik and for consequential relief.

Since the writ Court is not competent to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition, the same is dismissed being devoid of any merit.
