There is a strange prayer in the writ petition. This Court observes, in the event the writ petition is entertained at this stage, there would be problem for the Petitioner. It is, at this stage of the matter, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail any other remedy available to him. 2.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn but with liberty as prayed for.
