1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode.

2. Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties states that the present contempt has been filed for the alleged violation of the order dated 29.01.2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.2670 of 2012. He states that against the said order the Opposite Parties have filed an SLP(C) No.17398 of 2016, wherein vide interim order dated 08.07.2016 the operation of the aforesaid order dated 29.01.2016 passed by this Court, was stayed. He further states that the Civil Appeal arising out of the aforesaid SLP number is stated to be listed for hearing on 06.05.2022. He thus submits the present contempt in the face of proceedings pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the stay granted, would not be maintainable.

3. None has appeared to contest the aforesaid position.

4. In view of the above, the CONTC is disposed of as infructuous.
