This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2021 in connection with Banpur P.S. Case No.263 of 2021 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.236 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Banpur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 399/402 of IPC read with Section 25(1-B)(a) of Arms Act.

Considering the submissions made, materials on record, period of detention already undergone, the fact of submission of charge sheet and the fact that similarly placed co-accused persons have already been released on bail by order passed by this Court in BLAPL Nos. 8301 of 2021, 8100 of 2021 and 8102 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in

seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
