1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard Mr. Mahes Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K.Maharaj, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 8th August 2021 in connection with Sambalpur Town P.S. Case No.320/2021 corresponding to S.T.
Case No.100/2021(G.R.
Case No.2938/2021) pending in the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Sambalpur for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 489-A/489-B/489-C/489-D/34 of IPC.

Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case coupled with the fact that the Petitioner appears to have been implicated in the case mainly on the basis of the statement of co-accused persons, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.
5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter including the conditions that out of two sureties for such amount as may be determined by the court below, one should belong to the district of Sambalpur and further the Petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand).
6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
