1. The writ petition is restored in view of the order passed today in CMAPL No.65 of 2023.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Court permits the Petitioner to agitate the grievance in appropriate proceedings in the Civil Court in accordance with law and declines to grant the relief in the writ petition as prayed for.
