1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 28.03.2022 of this Court, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted a copy of the Letter vide No. 6852/SME dt.6.4.2022 XIV-SME-LC-III(EleII) -0045-2022 received from the Joint Secretary to Govt, School and Mass Education Department , stating therein that the order dated 02.06.2021 passed by this Court in W.P(C) No. 16997 of 2021 has been complied with. The said compliance report be kept on record.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt petition filed against the Contemnor/Opp.Party is dropped.

4. Accordingly, the CONTC is disposed of.

5. However, the petitioner at liberty to raise his contention before this Court in case he is aggrieved with the order of disposal of his representation by the Contemnor/Opposite Party.
