For the nature of relief sought for and for the pendency of Order No.
application at the instance of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-1 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.2 to look into the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-1 and pass appropriate orders on the same keeping in view the development through Annexure-2 series and entering into an inquiry that the Petitioner, the Slum-Dweller involved herein is absolutely a landless person in the State so also taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. In the event the Petitioner is in occupation of the disputed land and not evicted in the meantime, status quo as on today shall be maintained till disposal of such representation. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
