Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court Order No.
directs, if the Petitioner deposits 25% of the demand involving Annexure-4 alongwith an authenticated copy of this order within a period of one week hence, the objection of the Petitioner at Annexure-5 shall be considered and disposed of by completing the entire exercise within a period of one & half months thereafter. It is also directed that result of such exercise shall also be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. It is further directed that if the Petitioner does so within the time stipulated hereinabove, the demand vide Annexure-4 shall be stayed till consideration of the objection of the Petitioner.
