This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 20th April, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner that in Paragraph-6 of the order dated 20th April, 2022, it has been inadvertently mentioned as "CRP No.250 of 2021" instead of "C.P. No.250 of 2021". He, therefore, prays for correction of the said inadvertent mistake.

On perusal of the order, the submission of Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner is found to be correct. Accordingly, CRP No.250 of 2021 in Paragraph-6 of the order dated 20th April, 2022 be corrected as C.P. No.250 of 2021. Rest part of the order dated 20th April, 2022 shall remain unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposes of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
