2. Heard Mr. A.K.Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A. Pradhan, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 5th July, 2020 in connection with Chandua P.S. Case No.45/2020 corresponding to S.T. Case No.58/2021 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Mayurbhanj, Baripada for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 376-D/363/341/342/323/506/34 of I.P.C.

4. Considering the nature of accusations and the availability of materials prima facie support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

5. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of material witnesses in the case including the victim.
