ORDER
30.09.2022 W.P.(C). No.1743 of 2016 Order No.
04.
1.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 2.
In course of hearing and after going through the note-sheet of the development authority, this Court finds application of the deceased Petitioner appearing at page-15 of the brief appears to be pending final outcome. In the circumstance this court finds, the Writ Petition is premature. But however while disposing of the Writ Petition, since this Court finds the request of the original Petitioner is still pending consideration of the development authority and in the meantime the applicant has died, let there be a decision of the development authority on the deceased- Petitioner's request pending before the authority also involving the substituted Petitioner by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the communication of this order. Petitioner is directed to produce the copy of the order before the competent authority at least within a period of seven working days hence.
