1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation with the authority concerned mainly the alleged ineligible persons who have been granted "allotment of 'Biju Pucca Ghar' and after following it up such representation to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
