This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr.T.Panigrahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.H.M.Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.

According to Mr.Panigrahi the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the authorities in extending her the benefits of compensation on account of acquisition of land for construction of embankment of Hirakud Dam in 2013. 4.

During course of hearing, Mr. Panigrahi submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to move the Collector, Bargarh (opposite party No.2) in the matter by filing a representation and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion at an early date.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before opposite party No.2 along with all the relevant documents through registered post within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such a representation is filed along with a

// 2 // copy of this order, the opposite party No.2 would do well to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
