Considering the submission of learned counsel for Petitioner and as this Court finds, Opposite Party No.1 has to work out the direction of this Court dated 18.05.2022 issued in disposal of W.P.(C) No.3706 of 2022, this Court while modifying the order dated 18.05.2022 makes it clear that order dated 18.05.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.3706 of 2022 be treated to be a direction to Opposite Party No.1 and Opposite Party No.1 is directed to work-out the order dated 18.05.2022 within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the Petitioner. 2.
