Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, annexure-4 being mail dated 4th January, 2022 addressed to opposite party no.2 be directed to be considered by said opposite party. 3.

There is no necessity of direction to consider the representation. Opposite party no.2 is directed to either complete registration of the presented document or issue refusal memo containing grounds within a week upon communication of this order.
