The petitioner had availed a loan of Order No.

Rs.9,30,000/- from the Opposite Party No.2/Bank. Due to financial indiscipline, the loan account of the petitioner was classified as NPA on 31.12.2013. Further, a demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 was issued on 12.05.2014 recalling an amount of Rs.13,38,230/- inclusive of interest as on 31.12.2013.

Aggrieved by the notice dated 12.05.2014, the Petitioner has preferred this writ petition.

It is apparent that the writ petition has come for hearing before this Court today itself, i.e., after a long gap of eight years.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has no instructions in the matter and prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
