1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

3. This I.A. has been filed by the Respondents for modification of the order dated 07.02.2024 passed by this Court in I.A. No.2132 of 2023.

4. Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the Respondent No.1-Manjulata Sardar died on 17.09.2023 and all the legal heirs of Respondent No.1 are already on record. Signed by: LITARAM MURMU Designation: P.A.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Respondents, the name of Respondent No.1 is deleted from the cause title of the appeal, as all the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 are already on record.

6. Accordingly, share of the deceased Respondent No.1 be disbursed equally among the legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos.1 i.e. Respondent Nos.2 & 3 to 5.

7. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
